Laser should be avoided from causing burns to the skin, laser direct irradiation of the skin will cause burns to the skin, and the long-term influence of diffuse reflection will also lead to skin aging, inflammation and skin cancer lesions of the operator. On-site operators need to wear work clothes to reduce the impact of diffuse reflection.
3. Read the instruction manual carefully and run the laser welding machine in strict accordance with the operating procedures to ensure the safety of equipment and people.
4. Check whether all parts of the welding machine are working normally
Before the welding work, check whether the laser welding machine is working normally, and inspect the welding machine and the working site after the operation to eliminate hidden dangers and ensure safety without accidents.
5. Avoid fire caused by laser irradiation
Direct irradiation or strong reflection of the laser beam will cause the combustible material to burn, causing fire, in addition to thousands to tens of thousands of volts of high-voltage electricity in the laser, which will be injured by electric shock. Therefore, only trained personnel are allowed to operate the laser welding machine. The optical path system of the laser must be fully enclosed with metal to prevent the occurrence of direct irradiation, and the laser welding table should also be shielded to prevent the irradiation of radioactive light.
6, laser welding machine circulating water - must be kept clean, otherwise, will affect the output size of the laser, with the robe according to the boot time, water quality and other status, determine the cycle of replacing the cooling water, - generally speaking, the summer than the winter water change cycle is shorter.
7. The laser welding machine casing needs to be connected to the safety grounding, during the work, do not use your eyes to face the laser beam, and do not let the body (such as hands) contact the laser beam, so as not to cause injury.
8. Pay attention to keeping the environment and the laser welding machine clean, and should always check whether the laser rod and optical components are contaminated.
9. If the laser welding machine needs to be overhauled, the power must be cut off, and it must be determined that the charge on the energy storage capacitor has been drained before it can be carried out, so as to avoid electric shock accidents. If there is an abnormal phenomenon during operation, it is necessary to power off (press <紧急停机>and empty switch) to check.
